"Trying to make a return was way..."
Trying to make a return was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Support took a long time to get back to me, and when they did, it didn’t really feel personal at all. I kind of felt like I was just a ticket number being passed around instead of an actual customer who needed help

I ordered from wearebala.com and the shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing kind of frustrating. I also felt a little like I was just a ticket number waiting in line rather than an actual customer. The package did show up in good condition, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I definitely wish the shipping process had been smoother

It looks good, but I haven’t found myself using it for that much. For a few workouts it felt kind of awkward, though maybe I just haven’t figured out the best way to use it yet. I can’t say I’ve tested it for every possible thing, but for my everyday routine it hasn’t really felt worth it.

I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s still in really good shape. No cracks, no weird wear or anything like that so far, so I’m happy with it lol...

"The design is clean and it does..."
The design is clean and it does look nice, but it feels a little too plain at times. I don’t mind minimal, but this almost feels like it’s missing some personality. Also, the reminders are way too aggressive. I get that they’re supposed to help, but being pushed constantly gets annoying fast

"Comfortable once I got the right fit"
I liked this overall. It fits snug, but it doesn’t feel too tight, so it was easy to wear for a longer walk without getting uncomfortable. I took off one star because the sizing was a little confusing, which made it harder to pick the right size at first.

"These little suckers make workouts way harder"
I grabbed the Bala bands for home workouts and walks, thinking they’d be no big deal, but damn, these little things really do make a difference. They’re not insanely heavy or anything, but after a while my arms and legs are definitely feeling it. I’ve been using them for about 3 weeks now, and somehow my workouts feel shorter but more effective, which is kind of annoying in the best way. Super easy to throw on too, so I don’t have any excuse to be lazy.
